At HTTC Store, we want every order to reach you in perfect condition, on time, and with as little stress as possible. This page covers everything you need to know about how we handle, process, and ship your orders.

Order Processing

All orders go through a preparation and quality check stage before they are handed to our shipping carrier. This ensures the right product, in the right size and condition, leaves our facility for every order.

Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During peak periods such as sale events or holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified by email with an updated dispatch estimate.

The above figures are estimates based on standard conditions. While the majority of orders arrive within this window, occasional delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods may affect delivery times. HTTC Store is not liable for delays outside of our control.

Free Worldwide Shipping

HTTC Store offers free shipping on all orders to destinations worldwide. No minimum order value is required and no shipping charges are added at checkout. This applies to every product across our store.

Our shipping partners are selected based on reliability, coverage, and handling quality. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and the nature of the items ordered.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email includes a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status in real time.

Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch. If movement does not appear immediately, this is normal and the status will update as the parcel progresses through the carrier network.

If a tracking number has not been received within 5 business days of placing an order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by local authorities are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

HTTC Store has no control over customs procedures or the fees applied by individual countries. Customers who are unsure about potential charges are advised to contact their local customs authority before placing an order.

Customs delays are outside of our control and will not be treated as grounds for refund of shipping-related costs.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. HTTC Store will dispatch orders to the address provided at the time of purchase.

If an address error occurs, customers must contact support@httcstore.com as soon as possible with their order number and corrected address. Address changes can only be made before an order enters the dispatch stage.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to amend or redirect the delivery address.

HTTC Store accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave a delivery notification card or send instructions by email or SMS explaining how to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot.

Customers are responsible for following up on missed delivery notices promptly. Parcels not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. The following information will be required:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)

HTTC Store will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
